Synopsis

Heli lives in Mexico with his wife Sabrina, their young son, his father and sister Estela. Estela has fallen in love with Alberto, a 17-year-old involved in drug trafficking, who has stolen several packages of cocaine to get the money to marry her, and with her permission, hidden them in their house. When Heli finds the drugs, he destroys them.

Then one evening, federal agents burst into the house, kill Heli's father and take Heli, Estela and Alberto with them. After they torture and kill Alberto, Heli admits to having gotten rid of the cocaine, and they let him go. Heli is seriously injured, but recovers and is determined to find Estela.
